Home Concierge Services

We are your one-stop does it all home services company. From keeping and eye on your home while you are gone and preparing for your arrival to maintaining your pool and landscaping, we want and value your business.

During each scheduled visit, Pat will bring your personalized, approved checklist. After his visit, the completed checklist will be faxed, emailed or mailed to you according to your specifications. In the event something in your home is in need of attention, you will be notified by phone immediately.


Together we will determine the best course of action. Routine issues, such as burned out light bulbs or minor equipment malfunctions, can be repaired by Pat. Other situations may require a specialized contractor. No matter the solution jointly agreed upon, Pat will oversee the work to ensure it is done correctly and at a reasonable cost. No one will ever be permitted on your property without a Home Concierge Management Services professional present. That said, no work will be completed without your approval regarding the cost and scope of work to be performed.

How you chose to address emergency situations will be discussed and agreed upon during your initial visit with Pat.

When it is all said and done, you can rest assured that while you are away, we will always treat your home as we do ours. We are your Black Mountain neighbor.

Routinely check for the following:

  • Roof damage
  • Water leaks inside and out

  • Rodent or Insect damage or infestation
  • Alarm alerts or malfunctions outages - electrical or otherwise
  • Arrange for repairs or conduct them for you
  • Monitor all hired service personnel (i.e., house cleaners, pool service, landscapers)
  • Water indoor plants
  • Start vehicles
  • Change furnace/AC filters

Rates

Our pricing is based on building relationships with our clients. The more of a relationship that you have with Home Concierge Services, the better our rates are for all of our services. We want your business and will work hard to keep it.

Based on our initial consultation, we will decide what level of attention your home will require based on your needs.

  • Weekly visits each month are invoiced at $100.00
  • Two visits each month at $65.00
  • One visit each month is $45.00


Of course, Home Concierge Services can provide additional attention and services at your discretion. Rates for these extra services will be discussed and approved by you prior to beginning any work.
